Rhonda is a great host, and the homemade food was so good! She not only fixed breakfast for us, she fixed a very late dinner. The house is very clean, our room was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. All in all a great experience!! Loved all of our conversation. Thanks for everything Rhonda.

I took my three daughters and three  granddaughters on a little trip to Shipshewana, in mid-July 2022, and found A Buggy Stop Away to be the perfect home environment, with delicious home-cooked breakfasts, for our little get-away together.

Rhonda was our hostess, and we couldn’t have asked for a more involved, caring, and delightful woman, with a servant’s heart, to be more present.  She was willing and wanting to meet our every need!  She even delighted in the dolls that my granddaughters brought back, after our day out, when they excitedly wanted to show her their creations. She treated us to not only delicious food, but a finely decorated table, and gave us her attentive hospitality!

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms had quaint decorations that added to our memorable experience. We used all three bedrooms and all three bathrooms… all were clean and well supplied. The location is perfect! The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It more than served our needs. It was an experience we will always remember. ?

Home recently updated, nicely furnished, looks like new.  Very comfortable stay, good location, great breakfast.  Rhonda has a wealth of Amish and area knowledge.  We are pleased to leave a very positive recommendation.

The bed was clean, the room was quiet, and the homemade hot breakfast by my host was absolutely wonderful (and what a lovely presentation in the food too)!

The B&B is at a great location with ample on-site parking and within walking distance of Shipshewana’s amenities.

Can’t wait to come back and stay soon.

We had a lovely night at A Buggy Stop Away.  The hostess was very accommodating, the food was delicious and the bed was comfortable.  We stayed in the Bird Room.  We really appreciated the time we spent in the evening with stimulating conversation and watching the horse and buggies go by the front window.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Shipshewana. We loved the option of walking around town to shop instead of driving and trying to find a parking place. The whole experience was relaxing and homey in atmosphere and surroundings.

Our room was amazing, and Rhonda, the host, was very attentive to all our needs. She was even able to arrange a wonderful dinner and home tour for us at a nearby Amish Farm with a sweet Amish couple, which we will treasure forever!

The breakfast she served in the morning was equally amazing with a mix of protein, sweets, baked goods, and fruit. She will accommodate any food likes, dislikes or allergies you may have. We highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here going forward anytime we visit Shipshewana, it was THAT wonderful!
